GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE URJOB.AI PLATFORM

Talent / Candidate Users: create a profile, import CVs, receive job proposals, benefit from interview preparation, career feedback, CV and profile translation/optimization services.

Recruiter / Employer Users: publish offers, search for candidates, use AI tools for matching, screening and evaluation, manage recruitment pipelines.

We may modify, suspend or interrupt the Service or any functionality at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor to violate Tunisian laws or any other applicable law, nor the rights of third parties. You notably agree not to:

use the Service to transmit or upload defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, abusive or otherwise unacceptable content.

disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers/networks connected to the Service.

attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, to the Service or to any system or network.

use automated means (bots, scrapers...) to access the Service or extract data from it, except with express written permission.

impersonate a person or entity, or misrepresent your link with a person or entity.

use the Service for recruitment or placement in violation of applicable labor, recruitment or non-discrimination laws (including compliance with Tunisian labor law and, where applicable, the local laws of other countries where recruitment takes place).

URJOB and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, features, content, trademarks, logos and associated rights.

You retain the rights you hold over the content you import (CV, profile information, portfolio, etc.). However, by uploading this content, you grant URJOB a non-exclusive, worldwide, free, transferable and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute and display this content for the sole purpose of providing, improving and securing the Service.

You declare and warrant that you have all the rights, authorizations and consents necessary to upload this content and grant the aforementioned license.

You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other property rights of third parties.

The Service offers tools (AI matching, automated screening, evaluations, interview preparation) to assist in recruitment and career management. It does not guarantee that a job will be offered or obtained, that a candidate will be recruited, nor that a match will result in an employment contract.

Users (recruiters and candidates) remain solely responsible for their decisions, compliance with applicable laws regarding employment, visas/immigration, labor law and non-discrimination. URJOB acts only as a platform, and is not the employer or recruiter of candidates, unless expressly mentioned in a separate contract.

You recognize that some matches and recommendations are generated using automated decisions and algorithms. When the law requires it, you may have the right to obtain meaningful information about the underlying logic, to contest a decision or to request a human review.

The applicable fees are those indicated on the site or in your account. URJOB may modify the rates after prior notification.

All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or application of a URJOB refund policy.

You must settle all fees when due and are responsible for any unauthorized use of your payment methods on your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. URJOB does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or that it will meet your specific requirements.

URJOB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of user content, job offers, information about candidates, matching results or any other feature.

You assume full responsibility for decisions, actions and results arising from your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law in Tunisia and, where applicable, in other concerned jurisdictions, URJOB, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, business interruption) related to the use or inability to use the Service, even if they have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

The total cumulative liability of URJOB to you, for all claims related to these Terms, is limited to the total amount of fees you have paid to URJOB during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or to a reduced fixed amount if no fees have been paid), subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless URJOB, its affiliates as well as their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from:

your violation of these Terms.

your infringement of a law or the rights of a third party

any content you import, share or transmit via the Service

your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

URJOB may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, without notice and without liability, for any reason, notably in case of non-compliance with these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. URJOB may delete or disable your account and your content in accordance with its retention policy.

The provisions which, by their nature, must survive termination (intellectual property rights, warranty exclusions, limitation of liability, indemnification, applicable law) will continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute relating thereto are governed and interpreted in accordance with Tunisian law.

You agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis (Tunisia), unless another method of resolution (mediation, arbitration, etc.) is agreed upon in writing between the parties.

URJOB may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will inform you of important changes by publishing the new version on the Service and/or by sending you an e-mail.

If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
