Purpose
This document informs of the use of AI and video analysis during interviews conducted via URJOB.
Mandatory Explicit Consent
Before any video interview or AI analysis, the User must provide consent that is:

No recording begins without consent.

Without medical diagnosis.
Limits of AI Analysis
● no psychological diagnosis
● no facial recognition
● no automated decisions
● no inference on health, religion, origin, sexuality or politics
Use and Retention of Recordings
Videos are:
● stored exclusively via Cloudflare
● encrypted
● accessible only to authorized recruiters
● deleted within 48 hours upon request
Withdrawal of Consent
The User may withdraw their consent at any time via: [email protected] Withdrawal results in the immediate stop of all analysis and definitive deletion of the videos.
Rights
The User has:

Validity of Consent
The consent is recorded, timestamped and archived for legal compliance.
