Our mission is to effectively connect talents with professional opportunities that match them, while offering recruiters advanced tools to identify and evaluate the best candidates. Founded on cutting-edge AI and data analysis technologies, URJOB transforms every step of the recruitment process into an optimized, transparent, and high-performing experience.
These General Terms of Use ("GTU") govern access to and use of all services provided by URJOB, including:
● the URJOB platform (web and mobile)
● AI analysis modules (CV, skills, matching, scoring, video, emotional, behavioral, and non-biometric voice analysis)
● URJOB APIs
● URJOB Chrome extension
● Google integrations (Identity, Calendar)
● multi-company and multi-account environments
Use of the Services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU.
User, Client, Recruiter, Consultant, Personal Data, Interview Video, URJOB AI, Services, Privacy Policy, Subcontractor, Derived Data, Non-Biometric Sensitive Data, Non-Identifiers Video.
3.1 Registration via email or Google Identity.
3.2 Accuracy of information provided.
3.3 Possible suspension in case of GTU violation.
3.4 Prohibition of access to minors under 13.
3.5 Access requires a minimum age of 16.
URJOB makes available:
● AI analysis: CV, profile, skills, compatibility
● non-biometric video analysis: posture, gaze, stability, engagement
● emotional analysis: primary and secondary emotions
● behavioral analysis: confidence, stress, hesitation, communication
● non-biometric voice analysis: rhythm, intensity, fluidity, clarity
● professional analysis: leadership, collaboration, synthesis, problem solving
● non-clinical psychological analysis: adaptability, assertiveness, relational style
● automatic generation of AI reports
● complete recruitment pipeline management
● interview synchronization with Google Calendar
● manual import of LinkedIn data via Chrome extension
● multi-account / multi-company management
URJOB acts neither as a recruitment agency nor as a service guaranteeing a result.
The User undertakes to:
● provide accurate information
● comply with applicable Tunisian and international laws
● not resort to illicit or fraudulent uses
● not attempt reverse engineering
● not circumvent security measures
● maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
● refrain from any unauthorized scraping or automated extraction activity
The Recruiter is entirely responsible for:
● final recruitment decisions
● use of AI results
● compliance with anti-discrimination laws
● informing candidates about the use of AI
● ethical use of URJOB tools
● verification of information provided by candidates
● disputes arising from their own decisions
URJOB cannot be held responsible for:
● decisions taken by the Recruiter
● discrimination attributable to the Recruiter
● candidate-recruiter disputes
● misuse or unlawful use of the Services
Non-biometric video
Analysis of non-identifying visual signals: posture, stability, engagement, gaze.
Emotions
Analysis of primary emotions (joy, calm, stress) and secondary emotions (confidence, anxiety, hesitation).
Non-biometric voice
Analysis of rhythm, flow, intensity, articulation, and clarity.
Behavior
Evaluation of communication, confidence, coherence, and stress.
Professional
Analysis of leadership, collaboration, problem solving.
Non-clinical psychological
General evaluation: adaptability, assertiveness, relational style.
Limitations
● AI is never decision-making.
● No medical diagnosis.
● No identifying facial recognition.
● Human review is mandatory.
AI results (scores, analyses, recommendations, and reports) are provided for information purposes only. URJOB cannot be held responsible for:
● disputes relating to an AI analysis
● differences of interpretation
● an evaluation deemed unfavorable, erroneous, or incomplete by a candidate
● a professional impact linked to the use of AI results by the Recruiter
The final decision belongs exclusively to the Recruiter.
Any video collection requires:
● explicit consent
● clear information on purposes
● the possibility of refusal
● timestamping of consent
● possible withdrawal at any time
Any person can request the deletion of their data via: [email protected]
Process:
● Receipt of the request
● Identity verification
● Deletion within 48 hours (Videos, transcripts, derived data, and content stored via cloudflare)
● Written confirmation
● Retention of proof of processing for 12 months
The URJOB extension:
● performs no automatic collection
● extracts only data visible on LinkedIn and only upon user action
● does not track navigation
● stores no data outside technical preferences
● fully complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
URJOB fully complies with:
● the Google API Services User Data Policy
● "Limited Use" requirements
● immediate deletion of data after OAuth revocation
● strict minimum human access necessary
● prohibition of resale
● prohibition of training external AI models
Subscription, renewal, billing, and termination terms are defined on the platform. No refund is due unless legally required.
URJOB holds exclusive rights to:
● source code
● algorithms
● internal AI models
● interfaces
● texts, content, images
● APIs
● AI reports
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Processing is defined in the URJOB Privacy Policy, which is legally binding.
URJOB applies:
● Zero Trust architecture
● AES-256 encryption at rest
● TLS 1.3
● MFA for sensitive access
● secure Cloudflare infrastructure
● monitoring and intrusion detection
● environment segmentation
● timestamped security logs
Interview videos are stored exclusively via Cloudflare (R2/Stream), with:
● signed URLs
● restricted access
● authentication tokens
● guaranteed deletion within 48 hours
URJOB's liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months or, failing that, 500 TND. Excluded are:
● indirect losses
● lost profits
● decisions of the Recruiter
● candidate-recruiter disputes
● inevitable cyberattacks despite security measures
● Target uptime: 99%.
● Planned maintenance possible.
● No guarantee of result.
● URJOB may allow an audit under a non-disclosure agreement.
● URJOB may refuse if the audit compromises security.
Data may be transferred in accordance with:
● Tunisian law
● Cloudflare requirements
● decisions of the Recruiter
● appropriate contractual guarantees
No unauthorized transfer is performed.
URJOB cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable or external events, including: massive outages, natural disasters, global attacks, provider unavailability.
URJOB may modify the GTU with reasonable notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
The GTU are governed exclusively by Tunisian law. All disputes are submitted to the courts of Tunis.
Previous versions are archived for five years and available upon request.

Non-Decision-Making Profiling: automated analysis subject to human control.
Derived Data: data generated by the algorithm from provided content.
Non-Decision-Making AI: AI whose results never determine the final decision.
