This Privacy Policy describes how URJOB collects, uses, processes, stores, secures, and deletes personal data within:

● the URJOB platform (web & mobile)

● the URJOB Chrome extension

● AI modules (matching, scoring, CV analysis, audio/video interviews, emotional, behavioral, and psychological analysis)

● Google integrations (Identity, Calendar)

● URJOB APIs

● multi-account and multi-company environments

By using URJOB, you unreservedly accept this Policy.

DATA COLLECTED

2.1. Identity Data

● IP address (pseudonymized/hashed after 90 days)

● Device type, OS, browser

● Authentication and security logs

● Essential cookies

● Anonymized usage data

2.4. Data from Google APIs (OAuth 2.0)

Scopes used:

● Google Identity: email, name, Google identifier

● Google Calendar: creation and update of interview events

URJOB never accesses:

● Gmail

● Drive

● Contacts

● Browsing history

● Emails or files

● Private calendars other than those explicitly authorized

Mandatory Google Declaration (exact text required)

“URJOB's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”

Human access to Google data

Prohibited except:

1. Legal requirement

2. Explicit user request

Deletion

Google data deleted immediately after OAuth revocation.

2.5. Data collected via the URJOB Chrome extension

The extension:

● does not collect any data automatically

● only reads data displayed on a visible LinkedIn page

● does not track navigation

● does not read any other page (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

● only sends data to URJOB, never to third parties

● only functions upon manual click on “Import"

Mandatory Chrome Web Store Declaration:

“The URJOB extension does not perform automated scraping. It only collects displayed data and only following explicit user action.”

Never collected: private messages, passwords, third-party cookies, hidden elements.

2.6. Data collected during AI audio/video interviews

URJOB collects and analyzes:

● video image

● audio

● transcription

● verbal responses

● observable behaviors

● detectable emotions

● rhythm, speed, articulation, volume

● general non-verbal communication signals

● hesitations, breaks, fluidity

● indicators of confidence, anxiety, ease

● non-identifying micro-expressions

URJOB does not collect any legal biometric data used to identify a person.

2.7. Biometric Data (Legal definition)

URJOB does not perform biometric identification, does not create any biometric templates, and does not use any data allowing for the individual recognition of a person from the face or voice.

URJOB only performs:

non-identifying recognition (analysis of face structure without identification)

● extraction of statistical indicators for behavioral analysis

No biometric data in the legal sense is stored.

5.2. Emotional analysis

Detection of primary + secondary emotions via statistical models. No facial template storage.

5.3. Non-biometric voice analysis

URJOB extracts:

● intonation

● pauses

● volume

Without voice identification or voice print.

5.4. Non-pathological psychological analysis

URJOB evaluates behavioral trends without establishing a mental diagnosis.

5.5. Anti-discrimination guarantee

No legal or important decisions are automated.
